I, the undersigned MIRAMICHI LUMBER COMPANY owner of a parcel of land in the Township of STANLEY TODD MOUNTAIN, County of YORK, Province of NEW BRUNSWICK, do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permissin to enter on my property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain works as required, such as soil testing, building of roads, timber cutting, digging of ditches, construction of buildings, etc, FIELD SURVEY WORK
This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage to my property and arising from the performanace of such works as hereby permitted.
