Further to previous correspondence concerning Permissions required by your Department to enter properties at the subject locations for the purpose of conducting field surveys and soil tests for Gap Filler Sites, enclosed are copies of our Agent's reports of May 17th and 18th, together with enclosures mentioned therein covering your requirements at St Joseph, NS, Lucknow, Ontario and Formosa (relocate at Clifford), Ontario.
Also enclosed is Application to be completed by your Department in order that you may obtain a Work Permit from the Ontario Department of Lands and Forests covering their site at Gold Rock, Ontario.
Will you please return the completed form to this Department for further handling.
