Access to Site: No access roads to site. Lumber road from Elk Lake to Cook Lake Lumber Mill should be investigated as partial route, also trail which goes southward from Longpoint Lake which is 8 miles east of Gowganda.
Access Road: Improve 8 miles of existing road and construct 6 1/2 miles of new road. Easement required over lumbering roads.
