Re: Forestry Tower near Portneuf, PQ
Dear Sir:
Further to your proposal for the construction of a combined air defence and forestry tower on the present site of our Cran Serre tower in Portneuf, we have no objections to this proposed project.
Considering that our present tower is 80' high, we must stipulate that the cabin be at least 80' from the ground, and if this new installation necessitates the dismantling of our present tower, an agreement would have to be reached between this Association and the Dep't of National Defence permitting us to claim ownership to this tower if sometime in the future your department decides to discontinue the operation.
