The following memo was received from our Project Engineer for this site:
"The contractor has examined some Department of Mines claims maps of the townships showing the access road to the Gap Filler Radar Station, and it appears that some of the road is located on Patent Mining Claims.Would you please confirm that we have arranged for the necessary owner's permission and easements to work in these areas."
