Larry Partyka advises: "There was a Sgt Hooper and an Airman Anderson on the Ridge when we got there. We were considered "Charter Members" of the Elliston Ridge staff - which was mentioned on the plaque at the back of the photo - and we were the first ones to render the site operational".
