Please refer to the report of August 3/62 as submitted by Mr A Bourbeau.

1. All concrete work is to be stopped immediately.

2. All work on the access road is to be stopped immediately.

3. Since the components for the buildings are now on site it has been decided that the large building should be erected without pouring the concrete floor and it will be used to store the construction materials now on site i.e. fencing, components for remaining buildings, culvert materials, heating and ventilating materials etc.

4. The 5000 gal fuel storage tank is to be completed and the 2000 gal tank set on its base and anchored.

Will you please therefore, negotiate with the Contractor, JP Morin Ltee, the termination of this contract as outlined above.

We will look forward to the receipt of a Request for Change Order from you, covering the credit for the outstanding portions of this project.
