We agree in each case with the recommendations for the deletions of portions of the work still outstanding.
The diesel generator set and the control panel will be shipped to the RCAF for custody and storage and instructions in this respect will be forwarded as soon as possible.
Will you, therefore, negotiate with the Contractor, Lucien Vadeboncoeur & Cie Ltee, the termination of this contract and submit a Request for Change Order, covering the credits for the deletion of the outstanding portions of this project.
