Please refer to your status report dated July 31st.
In respect to this project all work should be stopped. You will have to arrange with the Contractor for the re-stocking of the various construction materials which he supplied that are now on site. Stop orders have been issued on the delivery of the diesel generator sets to all of the sites which have not yet received them. Your recommendations in respect to the termination of this contract are satisfactory.
