DISBANDMENT OF 1 AIR DIVISION OPERATIONS CENTRE
METZ, FRANCE
(This order supersedes OrgO 4.11 dated 1 Jun 60)
INFORMATION
With the changes brought about be the re-equipment of 1 Air Division with CF-104 aircraft and nuclear weapons, it has been decided that there is no longer a requirement for the Operations Centre to function as a unit apart from the Air Division Headquarters staff. Accordingly the Operations Centre is to be disbanded, as a unit, and is to be incorporated as a branch in the SASO staff of 1 Air Division Headquarters.
INTENTION
To disband 1 Air Division Operations Centre
EXECUTION
This order shall be effective 1 Jul 64.
ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS
Establishment
Establishment code 11 OE 064 shall be cancelled by 1 Air Div HQ and the positions added to 1 Air Division Headquarters establishment code 11 OE 060.
