1997 - Additional Details - Ren L'Ecuyer

Originally financed and manned by USAF. RCAF took over from USAF on 1 January 1962. Closed due to redundancy with Lowther and Senneterre taking over its area. RCAF Station Ramore was sold to the township of Black Matheson in 1975 for $100,000. The station was known as the Lava Mountain Lodge in 1974.
