Five men, including Monty, (second from left), sitting on board ship. Two life-boats are in picture and behind them. The man in the middle will be named "Bryl" (as in Brylcream). His hair in this and other pictures seems to be slicked. He seems to be the same man in M26, and the "return trip" pictures, M34-266.
