Eleven men on the deck of a ship. The same captain (see note on M22-20) as in picture seven. Might these be workmen being taken north for construction? In the front row, the man on the left and the man second from right might be a different social class, fedora on one and the tall leather laced boots on the other. These two will be missing in the next picture whereas "Bryl" will appear in the next picture. Maybe he is taking this picture.
