Native and White Life in the Settlement of Port Burwell

On the back: Port Burwell, 2 September 1927. Note the two small buildings in the left background which were used by the RCMP. Owing to the fine summer, most of the snow was gone. The positioning of the buildings and the boardwalks, some very faint, are full of clues that help in other pictures.
