Flagpoles and Wireless Towers at Port Burwell

A communion service on a rocky hill. Clergyman is vested and standing over a box that is draped with white cloth. At the top of the hill is a tall pole on a base. The pole goes up beyond camera range. Could it be the same pole as N13, S1, S2, S4, S5?
