The second game of the basketball finals was a turnabout with the Panthers winning by a score of 69-62 in another close one. The Eaglemen who really put out a tremendous effort, with Schedlar putting away 20 points and Sinker potting 16, the Birdmen just couldn't match Panthermen Jarrett and Westrack who sunk 51 points between them. And so the series is all tied up at a game apiece and one to go next Sunday to decide it all. This was Radio Station CFGT's first sports broadcast since their opening the Radio Station again after many months of hard work to put it back on the air.

CFGT unofficially went on the air to start regular broadcasts tonight with tapes from Canada and regular programs which will be featured during the week. A lot of credit should go to the whole Radio Station Staff for putting this facility back into operation.
