Delete para 4 and substitute new para 4 as follows:
"The role of 2 FWgHQ, RCAF shall be to:
(a) administer and control the units comprising 2 Fighter Wing, RCAF in accordance with their respective OrgOs;
(b) administer and control RCAF activities and responsibilities at 2 (F) Wing assigned deployed airfield and dispersed site located at St. Hubert, Belgium;
(c) provide support to other RCAF forces as may be directed by higher authority."
