Letters of Appreciation - Station Falconbridge Air Force Day
A letter has been received from the CO RCAF Station Falconbridge Ont thanking ATC for the flying and static displays at Sudbury airport 2 Jul.
You will be interested to know that the Air Show was attended by close to 40,000 people and that this was the largest crowd attendance at any event ever held in the Sudbury area. It was also the first opportunity that residents of this locality have had to see such a variety of RCAF aircraft on display.
Your participation in this show added greatly to its success. May all personnel of your unit, who participated in the flyng or static displays at this show, be thanked for their efforts.
